Suspect in custody on 1st-degree Sexual Assault to Child charges 
On July 25th, 2023, Kyle Dean was taken into custody at his home on a warrant charging him with three counts of 1st-degree sexual assault of a child. The charges stem from an investigation involving multiple victims initiated this year, for crimes that took place around 2007 in the City of Janesville. Kyle is currently in custody at the Rock County Jail.
