The National Weather Service in Boise has issued a Red Flag Warning, which is in effect from 1 PM to 9 PM MDT Friday. A Fire Weather Watch has also been issued, which is in effect from Saturday afternoon through Saturday evening.
* WINDS...15 to 25 mph with gusts to 35 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...8 to 15 percent.
* AFFECTED AREAS: OWYHEE MOUNTAINS
