Cooling Centers 
High heat and humidity will be in place in Readington Township over the next couple of days. The heat index for Friday, July 28th and Saturday, July 29th is forecast between 100° and 105°, and an excessive heat warning has been issued for this area. The Readington Township Municipal Building will be open Friday and Saturday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm as a cooling center. Anyone experiencing a heat related emergency should dial 9-1-1.
