* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...Portions of southeast Minnesota and Wisconsin, including the following counties, in southeast Minnesota, Wabasha. In Wisconsin, Buffalo, Clark, Jackson, Taylor and Trempealeau.
* WHEN...Until 5 AM CDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Thunderstorms in a west to east line will continue to develop across parts of eastern Minnesota into west central Wisconsin overnight. Additional storms are expected to develop overnight and move over the same areas due to a slow moving boundary.
