2. Preferred Sherman School renovation option, its plans, and conceptual specifications;
3. Verified cost estimates associated with the preferred option’s construction scope;
4.  Anticipated financial impacts placed on taxpayers and the Town’s financial position in order for required bonding under the most favorable borrowing terms to occur
5. Review of scheduling options, associated impacts of that scheduling, and consideration of the architectural firm’s role in the scheduling of financial approvals
6. Possible action by the Board of Selectmen, acting as the Board of Finance, to move requested approval resolutions and an additional appropriation request to Town Meeting
