Activity for July 27, 2023
- Officer Bean was dispatched to the 100 block of North Gorham Street for a PPO violation. A 54-year-old male was arrested for PPO violation, and resisting and obstructing.
- Officers responded to the area of East Prospect Street and South Cooper Street for a possible felonious assault. Officers were unable to make contact with the victim.
- Officer Kuhn was dispatched to the 700 block of West Michigan Avenue for a personal welfare check. A 23-year-old female was transported to the hospital.
- Officer Johnson attended the Back to School Bash.
- Officer Baker and Officer Kuhn conducted foot patrol downtown.
- Officer Farnsworth assisted MDOC with a parole check in the 200 block of Frost Street. A 33-year-old male was arrested on a parole violation.
- Officer Brooks was dispatched to the 400 block of North Alpine Lake Drive for a larceny report. A firearm was entered into the national database as stolen.
- Officer Schram responded to East High Street and Locust Street for a disorderly subject. A 34-year-old male was arrested on multiple outstanding felony warrants.
- Officer Justice conducted a traffic stop at West Biddle Street and First Street. The 31-year-old female driver was arrested for conditional bond violation.
- Officer Tripp conducted a traffic stop in the 1600 block of East Michigan Avenue. A 37-year-old female was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant; charges will also be sought on the female for possession of narcotics. A 36-year-old male received a citation for possession of narcotic equipment.
- Officer Justice conducted a traffic stop near Third Street and West Franklin Street. A 22-year-old male was arrested for domestic assault.
