* IMPACTS...Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Underpasses may be flooded. Roads and streets may be flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 803 PM CDT, doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to nearly stationary thunderstorms. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches may occur over the next hour. - Some locations that may experience minor flooding include...
