* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of northern Indiana, including the following counties, Adams and Wells. Portions of northwest Ohio, including the following county, Van Wert.
* WHEN...Until 115 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1002 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area through 11 PM EDT. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Van Wert, Decatur, Berne, Monroe, Ohio City, Middlebury, Preble, Willshire, Wren, Vera Cruz, Pleasant Mills, Rivare, Schumm, Glenmore, Abanaka, Monmouth, Dull, Peterson, Magley and Curryville. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
