July 28, 2023:

• Officer Johnson and Officer Panther were dispatched to the 600 block of Webb Street for a domestic dispute. A 29-year-old male was arrested for domestic assault.
• Officers responded to the 200 block of South Elm Avenue for a personal welfare check. A 29-year-old female was transported to the hospital.
• Officers were dispatched to a domestic dispute in the 1000 block of South Jackson Street. A 55-year-old male was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant.
• Officer Reynaga responded to the 1300 block of Chittock Avenue for a domestic situation. A 44-year-old female was arrested for conditional bond violation.
• Officers were dispatched to the 200 block of West Biddle Street for disorderly subjects.
• Officer Panther responded to the 1100 block of North West Avenue for a weapons complaint. The investigation is ongoing.

• Officer Elston was dispatched to a domestic dispute in the 1100 block of South Milwaukee Street. A 38-year-old female was arrested for domestic assault.
• Officer Panther responded to the Jackson Crossing Mall for a personal welfare check. A 35-year-old male was transported to the hospital.
• Officer Thoresen was dispatched to an accident at High Street and Cooper Street. A 23-year-old male was arrested for driving without a license; driving while intoxicated; and multiple outstanding felony warrants.
• Officers made contact with a subject near East Cortland Street and South Mechanic Street. Charges for carrying a concealed weapon will be sought on a 26-year-old male.
• Officers made contact with a subject at East Cortland Street and South Mechanic Street. Charges will be sought on a 34-year-old male for possession of open intoxicants, and CPL violation.
• While at East Cortland Street and South Mechanic Street, officers observed a subject spark check a taser. Charges for carrying a concealed weapon will be sought on a 22-year-old female.
• Officers were dispatched to the 300 block of East Robinson Street for a large fight. Officers remained in the area until the crowd dispersed.
• Officer Thoresen responded to the 500 block of Second Street for a domestic situation. Officers were unable to locate the 24-year-old male suspect.

• Officer Allison was dispatched to the 200 block of West Wesley Street for a destruction of property report. Charges for malicious destruction of property and PPO violation will be sought on a 58-year-old male.
• Officer Marcum responded to the 600 block of East Pearl Street for a breaking and entering report.
• Officer Elston conducted speeding enforcement at Greenwood Avenue and First Street.
• Officers attended the Barbecue Battle of Jackson.
• Officer Reynaga was dispatched to the 200 block of West Wesley Street for a PPO violation. A 58-year-old male was arrested for PPO violation.
• Officer Reasoner responded to the 1400 block of Pringle Avenue for a stolen vehicle report. Blackman Township Officers located the vehicle, but the vehicle fled. The vehicle was located unoccupied at Lansing Avenue and St. Clair Avenue.
• Officer Reynaga handled a stolen vehicle report that occurred in the 900 block of Chittock Avenue. The vehicle was located in the 600 block of South Brown Street, and was returned to the owner.
