County Route 28/9, (Lower Murphy Rd), will be closed from 7:00am to 6:00pm beginning Monday, July 31, 2023, to Wednesday, August 2, 2023, starting at milepost 0.00 (intersecting at County Route 28/10 (Joe Rexrode Rd) and ending at milepost 1.10 for paving. Special accommodation will be made for emergency vehicles. All other motorists are advised to plan accordingly, use alternate routes, and to expect delays.
