ATT Landline Outage Broad River Area 
We've had numerous reports of landline outages including at our stations this morning. We reported to ATT, 911 Communications, & Emergency Management. ATT would not provide an estimated repair time. We are aware of how this sounds but if someone has an emergency, unable to use landline and no cell service they should come to our main station. It is located at 44 Broad River VFD Rd Black Mountain NC. 911 center is open and operational this is just local lines out. From what we have been told this is effecting Rock Creek, Morgan Hill, Shumont, and other nearby areas.
