* At 418 AM CDT, Department of highways reported flash flooding across the warned area, especially across northern Morgan County. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain. SOURCE...Department of Highways. IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. This includes the following low water crossings... Richland Creek at Blue Bird Road, Gabriel Creek at Highway BB and Saline Creek at Square Line Road.
