* Winds...South 14 to 18 mph. Gusts up to 25 mph.
* Timing...Saturday afternoon through evening.
* Relative Humidity...As low as 20 percent.
* Temperatures...Upper 70s to low 80s.
* Location...The Copper River Valley.
* Impacts...Rapid ignition, growth and spread of fires will be possible.
* AFFECTED AREAS: COPPER RIVER BASIN
