* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Southeast Missouri and West Tennessee, including the following areas, in Southeast Missouri, Pemiscot. In West Tennessee, Benton TN, Carroll, Chester, Crockett, Decatur, Dyer, Gibson, Hardin, Henderson, Henry, Lake, Madison, Obion and Weakley.

* WHEN...From 3 AM CDT Friday through Friday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded.
