Edison PD advises TALMADGE RD will be closed down to 1 lane of traffic due to construction. Southbound lane will be shut down and detoured from Coolidge to New Durham. Emergency vehicles will be allowed access. North Bound Talmadge Rd will be open to all traffic from New Durham to Park Ave from 9:00pm to 6:00am
