* Flash Flood Warning for... Fulton County in western Kentucky... Central Hickman County in western Kentucky... Southern Mississippi County in southeastern Missouri... Northeastern New Madrid County in southeastern Missouri... Southwestern Scott County in southeastern Missouri... East Central Stoddard County in southeastern Missouri...

* Until 1030 AM CDT.

* At 602 AM CDT, local law enforcement reported several street closures due to flash flooding in Hickman. Between 2 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Heavy rain producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Law enforcement reported. IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Sikeston, East Prairie, New Madrid, Fulton, Hickman, Bloomfield, Clinton, Lilbourn, Miner, Big Oak Tree State Park, Hunter-Dawson State Historic Site, Towosahgy State Historic Site, Morehouse, Bertrand, Matthews, Essex, Howardville, Canalou, Anniston and Farrenburg.
