Flood Warning until 02:45PM

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of West Tennessee, including the following counties, Carroll, Gibson, Obion and Weakley.

* WHEN...Until 245 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. It will take several hours for all the water from these storms to work through local drainage systems in urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 853 AM CDT, trained weather spotters reported heavy rain in the warned area due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Between 6 and 11 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Martin, Union City, Trenton, Dyer, Greenfield, Troy, Kenton, Rutherford, Bradford, Sharon, Trezevant, Woodland Mills, Rives, Sidonia, Kimery, Mount Pelia, Good Luck, Gardner, Barrons Corner and Tyson Store. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
