* WHERE...Portions of central Illinois, east central Illinois and northeast Illinois, including the following areas, in central Illinois, Livingston. In east central Illinois, Ford and Iroquois. In northeast Illinois, Kankakee.

* WHEN...From 7 AM CDT this morning through this evening.

* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Thunderstorms with heavy rain may occur in a narrow corridor across central to east-central Illinois this morning into this afternoon. Rainfall rates over two inches per hour are possible during this time. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
