...FIRE WEATHER WATCH IN EFFECT FROM TUESDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH TUESDAY EVENING FOR GUSTY WINDS, LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY AND DRY FUELS FOR FIRE WEATHER ZONE 294 BELOW 9500 FEET... The National Weather Service in Grand Junction has issued a Fire Weather Watch below 9500 feet for gusty winds, low relative humidity and dry fuels, which is in effect from Monday afternoon through Monday evening. A Fire Weather Watch has also been issued from Tuesday afternoon through Tuesday evening.
* AFFECTED AREA...In Colorado, Fire Weather Zone 294 Southwest Colorado Upper West Forecast Area below 9500 feet.
* WINDS...Southwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph.
