* Locations impacted include... Charleston, Mattoon, Effingham, Toledo, Altamont, Neoga, Teutopolis, Greenup, Watson, Windsor, Stewardson, Cowden, Dieterich, Beecher City, Lerna, Jewett, Shumway, Montrose, Janesville and Paradise. This includes the following highways... Interstate 57 between mile markers 150 and 189. Interstate 70 between mile markers 83 and 120.
