Flood Advisory until 03:00AM Monday 
* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of southeast Illinois and southern Illinois, including the following counties, in southeast Illinois, Edwards. In southern Illinois, Wabash, Wayne and White.
* WHEN...Until 300 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1151 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause small stream flooding. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Mount Carmel, Carmi, Fairfield, Albion, Grayville, Lancaster, Norris City, Wayne City, West Salem, Crossville, Cisne, Enfield, Allendale, New Haven, Jeffersonville, Bellmont, Sims, Bone Gap, Mill Shoals and Keensburg.
* AFFECTED AREAS: EDWARDS, IL ... WABASH, IL ... WAYNE, IL ... WHITE, IL
Instructions:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
