Traffic Alert for Randolph-Macon College Student Move-In 08/31/23 
As Randolph-Macon College welcomes students back, motorists should expect traffic congestion throughout campus on Thursday, August 31, 2023, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Henry Street between College Avenue and Smith Street will be one-way Northbound traffic only 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Southbound traffic on Henry Street will be detoured onto Smith Street.
We suggest motorists avoid the 100-400 blocks of North Center Street and Henry Street due to this increased traffic and the potential for occasionally blocked roads.
Other impacted roadways include Smith Street and College Avenue.
Please watch for pedestrians and be mindful of an increase in vehicle traffic.
