Join Sumpter Township Public Safety on Saturday, August 12th, from noon to 4 pm behind the police station for a fun event for the kiddos (and maybe even the adults!) we're calling "Stuff-A-Truck."
The goal of this event is to "Stuff the trucks" with new school supplies, and all donations are welcome. We'll then get them out to local schoolchildren to help them start the school year on the right foot. Please consider donating what you can.
We'll have many vehicles to check out:
- Police Vehicles
- Fire Trucks
- Ambulance
- Garbage Truck
- Car Hauler
- Tow Truck
- MSP Bomb Squad
- DNR Truck & Four-Wheeler
- Heavy Machinery
- 18-Wheeler
- Cement Truck
and many more!
The Lion's Club will also be here with their vision screening trailer to provide free vision screening for children.
We're also expecting food for the purchase.
