Improvements are coming to the Kennedy Recreation Center!

Working with our partners at the DC Department of General Services (DGS), the DC Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) will close the Kennedy Recreation Center for modernization effective Saturday, August 12, 2023.  

Improvements include; a brand new kitchen, a flexible multipurpose gathering space for all and new computer work space.  We anticipate the work will conclude in Winter 2024 and reopen shortly after.  Please visit our project page: dgs.dc.gov/page/kennedy-recreation-center-0.
