* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of central Alabama, including the following counties, Blount, Cherokee and Etowah.
* WHEN...Until 630 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 321 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Oneonta, Cedar Bluff, Blountsville, Cleveland, Little River Canyon National Preserve, Sardis City, Locust Fork, Leesburg, Altoona, Snead, Susan Moore, Walnut Grove, Allgood, Sand Rock, Fairview, Hayden, Nectar, Rosa, Gaylesville and Aurora.
* AFFECTED AREAS: BLOUNT, AL ... CHEROKEE, AL ... ETOWAH, AL
