Activity for August 7, 2023:
- Officers were dispatched to 90 calls for service, conducted 3 traffic stops, and made 3 arrests.
- Officer Allison was dispatched to the 500 block of Jackson St. While there he made contact with a 59-year-old male suspect and arrested him on a parole detainer.
- Officers are investigating an attempted robbery in the 500 block of West Ave. The 34-year-old male suspect was arrested and lodged at the Jackson County Jail.
- Officer Reynaga was dispatched to the 600 block of Mechanic St. for a domestic situation. A 20-year-old female was arrested for the assault.
- Officer Morse took an assault report which occurred in the area of High and Cooper Streets. The suspect was not located.
