SUSPECT1: Keshawna Durrah, 23-year-old Female Resident of Grand Terrace
SUSPECT2: Alfred Ross, 29-years-old, Male Resident of San Bernardino
VICTIM(S): State of California
SUMMARY: On August 6, 2023, at approximately 9:00 p.m. Deputy C. Velasco from the Central Station conducted a traffic stop in the area of Barton Road and Interstate 215 freeway onramp, in Grand Terrace. Velasco contacted the driver of the vehicle, identified as Alfred Ross, and front passenger, identified as Keshawna Durrah. A records check revealed Ross was unlicensed and had an active felony warrant. During an inventory of the vehicle, Velasco located a loaded unserialized 9mm handgun under the passenger seat where Durrah sat.
Durrah was arrested for carrying a loaded firearm and Ross was arrested for his warrant; both were booked at Central Detention Center.
