In Ohio, Adams, Brown, Butler, Clermont, Clinton, Fairfield, Fayette OH, Greene, Hamilton, Highland, Hocking, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto and Warren.
* WHEN...From 6 PM EDT this evening through Thursday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
