* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of central Illinois and east central Illinois, including the following counties, in central Illinois, De Witt and Macon. In east central Illinois, Champaign, Douglas, Edgar, Moultrie, Piatt and Vermilion.
* WHEN...Until 730 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. River or stream flows are elevated. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 231 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Overflowing poor drainage areas will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Champaign, Decatur, Danville, Monticello, Tuscola, Urbana, Savoy, Mahomet, Mount Zion, St. Joseph, Forsyth, Georgetown, Tolono, Westville, Arcola, Tilton, Villa Grove, Arthur, Catlin and Farmer City. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
