SUSPECT(S): Keith Jenkins, 46-years-old, Resident of Needles
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY: On Tuesday, August 8, 2023, at approximately 1:29 p.m., deputies from the Colorado River Station / Needles Police Department responded to a report of a domestic disturbance at a business located on the 1800 block of Needles Hwy. The suspect and victim were both located in the area. During the investigation, Keith Jenkins was found to be in violation of PC 273.5(a) Spousal Abuse. The victim denied medical attention on scene.
Jenkins was consequently arrested and transported to the Colorado River Station jail for booking. Jenkins remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department with a bail amount of $100,000, pending a court hearing.
