Street Closure on Third Avenue in Chula Vista Saturday, August 12 for Lemon Festival 
On Saturday, August 12, Third Avenue in Chula Vista between Park Way and E Street will be closed to traffic for the annual Lemon Festival from 4 a.m. to 9 p.m.
The free event will be held from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and is open to all ages.
