* WHEN...Until 700 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 348 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly across portions of the advisory area. Rainfall totals up to 1.0 to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... New Brunswick, Perth Amboy, Long Branch, Asbury Park, Sandy Hook, Edison, Middletown, Old Bridge, Howell, East Brunswick, Sayreville, and Marlboro. - This includes the following highways... New Jersey Turnpike between exits 10 and 13. Interstate 195 in New Jersey between mile markers 31 and 34. Interstate 287 in New Jersey between mile markers 0 and 2.
