* At 700 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 7 miles northeast of Minerva to near Carrollton to 7 miles southeast of Farmerstown, moving east at 45 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vehicles is possible. Expect wind damage to trees and power lines, resulting in some power outages.
