He was wearing a green shirt and blue jeans when last seen. Cornell is under a doctors care and may be vulnerable to weather conditions. He becomes nervous around people in uniforms.
Cornell is known to frequent Family Dollar / Rite Aid in California City and he may become nervous if approached.
