Police Activity, Arrest Made 
SMPD officers responded to the 600 block of Vanessa Drive on a report of a possible burglary. Officers located the suspect and the suspect ran from police, jumping over fences and ended up jumping in the Lagoon near Fish Market. After some time in the water, the suspect surrendered and was safely placed under arrest.
