* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of West Tennessee, including the following counties, Benton, Carroll, Crockett, Dyer, Gibson, Henry, Lauderdale, Obion and Weakley.

* WHEN...Until 430 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 117 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Dyersburg, Martin, Union City, Paris, Humboldt, Milan, McKenzie, Trenton, Huntingdon, Paris Landing State Park, Newbern, Dresden, South Fulton, Dyer, Halls, Greenfield, Bruceton, Gleason, Troy and Kenton. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
