Flood Warning until 10:00AM 
The Flood Warning will expire at 10 AM CDT this morning for a portion of southeast Missouri, including the following counties, Bollinger, Cape Girardeau, Scott, Stoddard and Wayne. Flood waters are receding. The heavy rain has ended. Please continue to heed remaining road closures. The Bollinger County emergency management agency reported that some county roads were washed out, including some bridge approaches. Shoulders were undermined on state roads. Until standing water recedes, be aware that the road surface underneath may be washed out. Do not drive through standing water.
