* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 243 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly across portions of the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.0 inches are possible across the advisory area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Allentown, Easton, Bethlehem, Forks, Emmaus, Northampton, Wilson, Hellertown, Nazareth, Hamburg, Bath, and Alpha. - This includes the following highways... Interstate 78 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 30 and 76. Interstate 78 in New Jersey between mile markers 0 and 3.
