* TIMING...From Wednesday afternoon through Wednesday evening.
* WINDS...Northeast 5 to 10 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 15 to 20 percent.
* AFFECTED AREAS: MONTGOMERY ... NORTHERN LIBERTY ... COLORADO ... AUSTIN ... WALLER ... INLAND HARRIS ... WHARTON ... FORT BEND ... INLAND JACKSON
