NYS DOT will have Quaker Rd (SR# 120) at Kipp Street closed today until approximately 4 pm due to paving operations associated with the ongoing project.
Motorists are asked to use the Hardscrabble to Douglas Rd detour.
Residents can access Kipp St from Douglas Rd.
Quaker Rd (SR# 120) south at Roaring Brook will be closed except for local traffic. A flagger is posted to assist.
Congestion and backups are expected.
