At the information meeting, trial staff of the Department of Public Service will provide an overview of the Commission’s certification process, the Applicants will present a brief summary of the proposed Project, and then members of the public will have an opportunity to ask questions about the process and the Application. Those wishing to comment on any aspect of this proceeding will have the opportunity to comment on the record at this public statement hearings.
