The railroad crossing arms at the intersection of Bear Lake Road and the Seward Highway have malfunctioned and are stuck in the down position. Crews are working to fix the problem but traffic entering and exiting Bear Lake Road may be blocked for several hours.
Please avoid the intersection until the crossing arms are repaired.
