Red Flag Warning until 12:00AM Friday 
The National Weather Service in Boise has issued a Red Flag Warning, which is in effect from 2 PM MDT /1 PM PDT/ this afternoon to midnight MDT /11 PM PDT/ tonight.
* THUNDERSTORMS...Scattered coverage. New fire starts are possible with initial storms. later storms will be wetter.
* OUTFLOW WINDS...Up to 50 mph in initial storms, 35 mph in later storms.
* AFFECTED AREAS: SOUTHERN HIGHLANDS ... BURNS BLM

A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions are either occurring now, or will occur shortly.
