NOTICE TO RESIDENTS REGARDING EXTENDED HOURS AT BYRAM CONCRETE
 
In rare occurrences, Byram Concrete located on Virginia Road (your neighbor), needs to operate in very limited off hours to help accommodate another municipality. In this case, consideration needs to be given to the NYS Thruway Authority and NYS Department of Transportation’s repair of a bridge and subsequent roadway.   As we have done in the past, we are providing advance notice to those neighbors deemed potentially affected by this request. In the very rare times this has happened, it was uneventful for the residential neighbors. Regardless, we are making you aware of the needed extended work schedule that Byram Concrete is allowed to operate:   
 
Extended hours on the following Friday’s:
August 18^th, August 25^th, September 8^th and September 15th.
 
There will be three trucks departing each night beginning at approximately 10 PM with the last truck leaving at approximately 1 AM.   Byram Concrete is sensitive to the impact of their neighbors and will mitigate as much noise as possible.
 
We are sorry for any inconvenience.  The North Castle Police Department will be monitoring the area and every effort will be made to eliminate any inconveniences.
