* WHERE...Portions of southwest Arkansas, north central and northwest Louisiana and east and northeast Texas.

* WHEN...For the first Excessive Heat Warning, until 8 PM CDT this evening. For the second Excessive Heat Warning, from 10 AM to 9 PM CDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Extreme heat and humidity will significantly increase the potential for heat related illnesses, particularly for those working or participating in outdoor activities.
