On Saturday, August 19, 2023, the Maple Bluff Country Club is hosting two events that are expected to draw close to 500 attendees throughout the day. The first event is the Men’s Golf Invitational. It is expected to tee off at 7:30am and last throughout the day. The second event is a celebration of life for a long-time village resident that will be held at the Club from approximately 11:30am-1:30pm.
In anticipation of larger than usual vehicle traffic and the possible need for additional parking around the Country Club, the Village has developed the following Traffic Control Plan. There will be No Parking on the even side of Fisk Place, Woodland Circle, and the 300 block of Kensington Drive. These streets will also be closed to thru traffic during the peak attendance times of 11:00am-2:00pm to increase safety for those walking to and from the celebration of life.
