Preparation for Tropical Storm Hilary - Sand and Sandbags for the Public 
In preparation for Tropical Storm Hilary, some OCFA fire stations have sand and sandbags available for the public. Residents are encouraged to bring their own shovel, and crews may or may not be present to assist in filling sandbags. Limited supply based on demand and availability.
