1. Person Shot (0907) 1200 Block of East Hammer Lane, Valley Oak District

The male victim, 25, was inside an area business; as the victim exited the store, the suspect shot the victim once for an unknown reason. The suspect fled the area on foot. The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment of a non-life-threatening injury. SUSPECT: Black male adult.

2. Resisting Arrest (0910) 1200 Block of East Hammer Lane, Valley Oak District

While officers were investigating the above-listed incident, the suspect refused to leave the crime scene; the suspect resisted and was arrested. ARRESTED: Angele Ferguson, for obstruction.

3. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (1040) California Street and Harding Way, Civic District

The male victim, 37, exited his residence and noticed the suspect sitting in a vehicle parked near the residence. The suspect vehicle pulled away, and the victim followed in his own vehicle. As the vehicles neared Harding Wy / California St, the suspect fired several shots at the victim's vehicle. SUSPECT: Black male adult.

4. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (1439) 2400 Block of Stagecoach Road, Park District

The female victim, 28, said while at work, the suspect, a co-worker, started a verbal argument with her. The suspect pulled her to the ground and hit her with a weapon before fleeing on foot. The suspect was located during a search of the area and arrested. ARRESTED: Keith Klingensmith, 32, for assault with a deadly weapon and terrorist threats.
