Due to sever weather predicted through Wednesday, the City of Monterey Park is providing 10 free sand bags to its residents as long as supplies last.  Residents can come to the city hall, to the area between the police and fire department driveway, where the sand pit is located. There, they will be provided with 10 free sand bags to fill on there own.  While filling your sand bags, please do not block the police or fire department driveways.  Again, this availability of sand bags will only be provided as long as supplies last.
