This is an update to an earlier ReadyKern message about the City of Ridgecrest Sump Overflow in the City of Ridgecrest area. Please pay close attention to this message.
An Evacuation Warning is in effect in the City of Ridgecrest area within Genasys Protect ZONE RDG 827-B:
ZONE BOUNDARIES
NORTH OF: West Ridgecrest Boulevard
SOUTH OF: West Las Flores Avenue
EAST OF: North Alvord Street
WEST OF:North China Lake Boulevard
During an evacuation warning, all residents are advised to be prepared to leave the area quickly if it becomes necessary. Those who require additional time to evacuate and those with pets and livestock should leave now.
